About Me

I was born in Schwyz. My Dutch parents ran a hotel and restaurant in Gersau, where I was soon working behind the sink.


After completing a commercial apprenticeship, I returned to my passion of cooking, where I completed a three-year culinary apprenticeship at the Hotel Waldstätterhof in Brunnen.


Following working experiences in Switzerland and abroad and many travels, I decided to bring my own ideas and inspirations to the table.


In 2007 I founded Cook4u.
